Nepali made 'OkayTube' to watch videos without internet

A Nepali youth has developed 'YouTube' which can be used without internet. Rajesh Das, an electronics engineer with the help of the National Innovation Center, has created an 'OkayTube' that can be used offline targetting vehicles.

It allows you to stream video offline. We have a separate agreement with the content provider for the video, 'says Das.

Up to 4,000 movies and music videos, including Nepali, Hindi and English, are stored on the hard drive prepared for OkayTube. Which can be accessed simultaneously on more than 40 devices via WiFi through the device placed in the vehicle.

When this device is connected to the Internet, new videos are automatically updated from the main server. OkayTube's Wi-Fi hotspot in the vehicle can easily work up to 50 meters.

You can enjoy the desired videos from WiFi by downloading the mobile app. According to Das, WiFi can operate at speeds of up to five Mbps on 40 devices simultaneously.
