Apr 26, Kathmandu- The International Cricket Council (ICC) has made former Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh the brand ambassador of T20 World Cup cricket.

The T20 World Cup is being held in West Indies and America from June 1 to 29. Singh has been made the brand ambassador for the promotion of the competition.

Singh, a former all-rounder of the Indian team, set a record by hitting six sixes in one over in the 2007 T20 World Cup and played an important role in winning the first World Cup.

After being made a brand ambassador by the ICC, Singh said that it is an honor to be able to join the T20 World Cup cricket.Nepal is also playing in T20 World Cup. Nepal is in Group D.
