Supreme Court Orders To Open Files On Resham's Case

Apr 26, Kathmandu- In the case filed in the Supreme Court by the guardian of Nagarik Unmukti Party, Resham Chaudhary, the file has been ordered to open.

On Friday, a joint bench of Justice Bal Krishna Dhakal and Binod Sharma ordered to open file.

Chaudhary filed a case against the Election Commission and the party president and his wife Ranjita Shrestha in the Supreme Court.

Before this, his case was scheduled for hearing on 30th of Chaitra and 9th of Baisakh, but it was ;eft unseen.

He has filed a case saying that the party convention held in Tikapur made him the president but the election commission did not accept him as the president.

The appearance has been scheduled for the next hearing on Baisakh 18.
