May 02, Kathmandu- Balen Shah, the head of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, has instructed the institutional schools to send the complete details of the scholarship by Jestha 2.

He has instructed to send all the details of the scholarship to be provided to students up to class 10 in the academic session 2081 through social media.

In one, the total student enrollment number and 10 percent of the scholarship number in the class and the details of all the students receiving scholarship in the other form should be filled. He warned that if the details are not submitted according to the rules, the permission or approval granted to the school will be cancelled or action will be taken to the extent according to this Act or other prevailing laws according to Sub-Section 4 of Section 56 of the Kathmandu Metropolitan City Education Act, 2075. There is provision regarding scholarship and free education in Chapter 10 of Kathmandu Metropolitan City School Education Management Regulations, 2074.
