The Ministry of Home Affairs has stated that the information that there will be crisis and curfew during Dashain in various electronic media is baseless.

The ministry had paid serious attention to the statement that had conveyed information about the imposition of emergency and curfew on mobile, social media and electronic media by adding security-sensitive issues.

"The information is fact less, baseless and misleading to all concerned," the ministry said in a statement. A statement issued by the ministry's spokesperson Chakra Bahadur Budha said that the necessary investigation process has been started to take such incidents seriously.
