The Lumbini state government has stated that coronavirus treatment is still available for free. 

Chief Minister Shankar Pokharel informed through Facebook that free treatment is still available for the patients with symptoms at all the four Corona Special Hospitals in Lumbini. The Lumbini state government has developed Sushil Koirala Cancer Hospital in Banke, Lumbini Zonal Hospital in Butwal, Rapti Institute of Health Sciences Dang and Bhim Hospital in Bhairahawa as Corona Special Hospital.

The state of Lumbini has said that the provision of free treatment is still in place at a time when the federal government has decided to bear the cost of treatment of Corona patients.
