The film stars Saif Ali Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez and Yami Gautam in the lead roles.

The film, produced by Ramesh Taurani, was purchased by Star Network. The budget of the film is said to be Rs 400 million. Therefore, the producer has earned Rs 200 million from the film. Similarly, the Indian media has mentioned that the producer will also get some money from the music rights of the film.
