June 3, Kathmandu - The government will operate three international flights from today. Although domestic and international flights have been suspended to control the covid-19 epidemic, international flights will resume in three countries from today.
The cabinet meeting on May 27 had decided to operate special flights to India, Qatar and Turkey. As per the decision of the Council of Ministers, the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal has prepared a special flight schedule with effect from today.
There will now be five flights a year to three countries. Nepal-Turkey flight has started operating from today. A Turkish Airlines flight will arrive in Kathmandu from Istanbul today. He will also return to Istanbul tonight at 11:05 p.m. According to NEA, there will be Istanbul-Kathmandu-Istanbul flight every Thursday.
Similarly, Nepal (Qatar) flight is scheduled to be operated every Monday from June 7. Nepal Airlines is scheduled to fly from Kathmandu to Doha every Monday.
