In Bahrain, Sputnik V vaccine claims to be 94.3 percent effective

June 11, Kathmandu - Russia's Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) claims that its coronavirus vaccine Sputnik-V is 94.3 percent effective in Bahrain.

An investigation into the effectiveness of the ongoing vaccination campaign in Bahrain has shown such results, according to the Bahraini Ministry of Health. The research was carried out in accordance with World Health Organization (WHO) standards and guidelines, according to a statement issued by the ministry.

The study also confirmed that the vaccine was fully effective only 14 days after the second vaccination.

They claim that none of the vaccinated people have died so far and the vaccinated people are not seriously ill. According to Bahraini officials, the Russian vaccine has made a significant contribution to reducing the human toll in Bahrain. Bahrain is the 67th country to receive the Sputnik vaccine against the corona virus.
