June 12, Kathmandu - Saptari police have arrested an Indian man with an illegal home-made weapon today.

The arrested is Jitendra Mandal (24-years-old), of Bogatiya in Madhubani district of Bihar state, said by Deputy Superintendent of Police Madhav Prasad Kafle.

According to Kafle, a team of the Armed Police Force led by Assistant Deputy Inspector of Police Chandra Bahadur Yasmali from BOP Swarnapatti arrested the convoy from Bode Bersain-9. Mandal was brought to the District Police Office for necessary investigation along with home-made weapons, according to police.
