Stock market has been looking good this week

June 12, Kathmandu - For investors, the stock market has been looking good this week as well. This week has been a pleasant one for investors as both the Nepse index and the transaction amount have risen by higher numbers despite the ban on the epidemic of covid-19.

Nepse was open for five working days this week. On the first and third working days, Nepse rise by a higher number, while the daily trading volume also set a record from the very first day. On the same basis, Nepse managed 2944.78 points this week, while the Sensitive Index also reached the high point of 527.87 points. On the basis of which, 175,90,643 shares of 221 companies have been traded 753,639 times this week. On the same basis, the total transaction amount has reached Rs 83.93 billion this week.

Last week, 156,122,738 shares of 219 companies were traded in 690,730 transactions. On the basis of which, the turnover of that week was 67.79 billion 454 million 41 thousand two hundred and 95 rupees. Out of the five working days, Nepse had risen on the first and third day of the week, while it had declined on the second, fourth and fifth day.

Out of which, Nepse, which had increased by 50.13 points on the first day and managed to reach 296.89 points, was stopped at 2944.78 points by the last trading day. Similarly, the Sensitive Index also increased by 7.88 points on the first day and reached 520.99 points, but was stopped at 527.87 points on the last day.

Nepal Reinsurance Company, National Hydro Power Company, Nepal Infrastructure Bank, etc. are among the companies that have done more business this week. Based on the number of shares, National Hydro Power Company, Nepal Reinsurance Company, etc. are ahead. On the basis of capitalization, Nepal Telecom, Nabil Bank, Nepal Reinsurance Company, Nepal Life Insurance Company, etc. Similarly, bonus and ordinary shares of companies including Life Insurance Company, CEDB Hydro Power Company, Global IME Microfinance Institution have been listed this week.
