President Office Has Submitted A Written Reply To Supreme Court

June 17,  Kathmandu-The President's Office has submitted a written reply to the Supreme Court's demand on the issue of dissolving the House of Representatives. The President's Office sent a reply to the court on Thursday through the Attorney General within the time sought by the Constitutional Court.

In the reply submitted by the President's Office, it has been mentioned that both the lawmakers of Sher Bahadur Deuba and KP Sharma Oli's party, who are claiming for the post of Prime Minister, have reiterated, contrary to the decision of the party. It is stated in the letter that the President has dissolved the House of Representatives in such a way that the demands of both the claimants are not met in case the demands of the political parties and the discipline and political ethics to be followed by the party members are not seen to be conducive.

Similarly, both KP Sharma Oli and Sher Bahadur Deuba have not been appointed as the Prime Minister as there is no basis to get a vote of confidence within a month.
