July 20, Kathmandu - The final annual examination of class 12, which has been postponed due to corona (Covid-19) virus infection, will start from mid-July. The examination will be conducted in the physical presence of the students and the written examination of one hundred integers will be taken as in the past.

Chairman of the National Examination Board Pvt. Dr. Chandramani Poudel informed that the Covid-19 Crisis Management Center (CCMC) has given permission to conduct class 12 examinations in the physical presence of the students and said that the examination is planned to start from the end of July. Earlier, the board had sought permission from the CCMC to conduct the examination in the physical presence of the student. It has been stated that the board meeting will be held within a day or two and the schedule of the examination will be made public.

One hundred integer test

Meanwhile, the board is going to conduct 100 integer exams this time. Last year, a total of 40 integer exams were taken with students studying in class 12 due to the corona virus. After this kind of preparation of the board, now the students of class 12 will have to take the exam for three hours. As the students studying in class 12 enter higher education and even go to study in foreign universities, the quality should not be reduced, so it has been decided to take the written test.
