July 28, Kathmandu - Former Minister Top Bahadur Rayamajhi has claimed that he is still with the Maoists.

In a writ petition filed in the Supreme Court today, he said that he was a member of the Central Committee of the CPN-Maoist. Along with Rayamajhi, many Maoist leaders, including former Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa Badal, left the party and joined the CPN-UML.

After joining the CPN-UML, he was expelled from the party by the Maoists. Rayamajhi was removed from the post by the Parliament Secretariat on April 10 after the UCPN (Maoist) took action against him.
