Employees of Education Service Hand Over Memorandum Paper To PM Deuba

Oct 11, Kathmandau- Employees of the education service have handed over a memorandum to Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba saying that they have suffered due to the adjustment.

The memorandum was handed over by Gandaki Education Development Director Ambika Acharya, Acting Secretary of the Policy Planning Commission Ram Prasad Acharya and Kusma Municipality Education Chief Bishnu Tiwari. Prime Minister Deuba had reached Pokhara today to participate in a program organized to declare Gandaki a literate state. The same memorandum was submitted.

Acharya, the director of education development, said that they had demanded the prime minister to dismiss the education service above the deputy secretary and if that was not possible, they should open the way as their career development was stalled.

After presenting the demand, Prime Minister Deuba assured the employees that he would look into the matter.
