Similarly, the buying rate of Euro is Rs 139.12 and the selling rate is Rs 139.81. The buying rate of the British pound was Rs 164.10 and the selling rate was Rs 164.94. The buying rate of the Qatari riyal is Rs 33.03 and the selling rate is Rs 33.20, according to Rastriya Bank
