October 16, Kathmandu - Police have arrested the person who beat up a hotel operator in Kailali. Police have arrested Ritu Thapa (34-years-old), who was running a hotel in Godavari Municipality Ward No. 2 of the district.

Lalit Joshi (28-years-old), Ashish Pandey (25-years-old), and Nabin Joshi (26-years-old), of Godavari Municipality-3 have been arrested on charge of beating a woman, said by Inspector Lokendra Guru.

Police Inspector Guru said that they had arrested Thapa on Friday night after he reached the Kanchi Hotel run by him after consuming alcohol. He said that the woman was undergoing treatment at Padma Hospital in Attaria.
