Ganesh Regmi's Writ Is Now In The Constitutional Court

November 3, Kathmandu - Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Jb rana has corrected half of his mistakes. The Chief Justice has worked to correct the errors in the writs on constitutional appointments and other issues.

The writ petition of Ganesh Regmi, sitting in a single bench of Justice Hari Phuyal, will now be heard in the Constitutional Court. Chief Justice Jb rana has decided to send Regmi's writ to the Constitutional Court through an administrative decision. According to the spokesperson of the Supreme Court, Baburam Dahal, it has been decided to send the case of Dr. Ganesh Regmi to the Constitutional Court as per Rule 17 (2) B of the Rules of Procedure of the Supreme Court (Constitutional Session) 2072 BS.

Spokesperson Dahal said that the writ has been sent to the Constitutional Court on the basis of the decision of the Chief Justice. Deepak Bikram Mishra had requested to send Regmi's writ to the Constitutional Court. Taking action on the same petition, Jb rana has sent the writ to the Constitutional Court.
