Dec 28, Kathmandu- Dec 28, Kathmandu- Analyzing the increasing cases of covid, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has announced the 'Yellow Alert' in the capital Delhi.
'Yellow Alert' means, there will be a curfew-like situation from 10 PM to 5 AM in the morning during the night. There won't be a weekend curfew for shortly. Under the odd-even rule, non-essential service shops will open from 10 am to 8 pm. Restaurants will open for around 50% only, but only from 8 AM to 10 PM.
Delhi Metro will run with 50% seating capacity and will not allow passengers to travel by standing. Also, whether it is auto-rickshaw, taxi, cycle-rickshaw, etc only 2 passengers will be allowed to travel at a time under yellow alert. Private offices will be allowed to open with 50% capacity from 9 AM till 5 PM. schools, colleges, teaching institutes, Coaching institutes, gym, cinema halls, multiplex, banquet, etc will be closed As long as the Yellow Alert is there. Only 20 people are allowed to attend wedding ceremonies and funerals. Religious sites will remain open but there will be restrictions on the entry of devotees.
