Jan,12, Kathmandu -Currently, the western low-pressure system has a general effect in the country. According to the Meteorological Department, there is partial to moderate change in the hilly areas including Province 1 and Province 2 and there is a partial effect in the remaining places.

On Wednesday, there will be partial changes in the far western states and partial to normal change in the rest of the provinces. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain in a few places in Province 1, Province 2, Bagmati Province, Gandaki Province and Lumbini Province and there is a possibility of light snowfall in a few places in the high hilly and mountainous areas of Province 1, Bagmati Province and Gandaki Province.

There will be partial changes across the country on Thursday. There is a possibility of light snow in one or two places in the hilly and mountainous terrain of Province 1 and Gandaki Pradesh in the afternoon. Similarly, there will be partial changes across the country on Friday. There is a possibility of light snowfall in one or two places in the high hilly and mountainous terrain of Province 1 and Gandaki in the afternoon.
