Jan 26, Kathmandu-  The Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) under the National Planning Commission has prepared the preliminary results of the National Census-2078 BS (2021) will be made public today. 

The Central Statistics Office is going to make the details public after 10 am. The on-site work of the census was conducted in the first phase from September 15, 2021, to October 4, 2021, and the second phase from November 11, 2021, to November 25, 2021.

According to the director at the Central Bureau of Statistics Dhundi Raj Lamichhane,  the preliminary results of the first census in the country after the promulgation of the Constitution of Nepal, 2016 AD will be made public through a virtual press conference today, said   He said that only preliminary results will come now and detailed results will be made public within six months.
