Jan 29, Kathmandu- Four people have been arrested from Parsa along with 81 kg of drugs.

The arrested have been identified as Ganesh Shah Kalwar, 60, of Bishrampur in Bahudarmai  Municipality-9 and his son Santosh Shah Kalwar, 34, of Parsa district. According to the District Police Office, Parsa, they have been selling and distributing drugs in their homes.

A search of the house of the accused turned up 74 kg of drugs hidden under the bed of the house, police said. According to the police, two people were also arrested with drugs on the way to Jhouwa from Amarpatti of Bindabasini Goupalika-4 of the district.

According to the police, drugs were found during the check after finding them walking suspiciously. Among the arrested are: Suresh Das, 37 of Sukhuwaprasaini Gaonpalika-1 Dohori Tol, Dasahi Das, 42 of India-Bihar Motihari Bhelahi Thana-1.
