Google Chrome Logo Has Changed After 8 Years

Feb 6, Kathmandu- Web browser Google Chrome has changed its logo after eight years. The company had not made any changes to the logo since 2014.

In 2022, the company's logo will be changed, the designer Elvin Hu said on Friday via Twitter.

According to US technology website The Verge, Chrome's logo has been redesigned. Designer Elvin has created a thread on Twitter about the new logo and the old logo.

At a glance, the updated logo looks like the old one. But if you look closely, you can see the change in the brightness of the color and the shadow. The new logo will look different for the iPhone, Mac, Windows and Chromebook.

The Chrome logo features red, yellow, green, and blue colors. The center of the round-shaped chrome logo is blue, while the rest is surrounded by the rest of the color. The colors that appear in today's logo are very pale. According to designer Hu, the blue circle in the middle is also large.

But the color seen in the new logo is bright. The colors look more vibrant. The company has played with colors in the new logo. Designers have used a new look in the colors that used to look ugly and unpleasant, which makes the Chrome logo look more attractive than before.

Chrome has redesigned its logo differently for different operating systems. In some operating systems, its color looks very bright, while in others, it has been shaded to balance with other apps. Some even have a three-dimensional effect.

A new logo change does not mean that Chrome has designed a completely new logo. It redesigns the old logo. The company has changed the four colors seen in the previous logo and the space seen between them, its contrast, saturation and so on.

Launched in 2008, Google Chrome, a web browser, has been making its logo simpler and more attractive at various times. At first, its logo was very bright and three-dimensional.
