Tara Air Will Operate Regular Flights From Falgun 11

Feb 15, Kathmandu- Tara Air, a sister company of Yeti Airlines, is scheduled to operate two flights a week from Falgun 11 at Falgunanda Sukilumba Airport in Ilam.

According to Tara Air spokesperson and Chief of Air Security Sudarshan Bartaula, Tara Air will start flying Sukilumba from Kathmandu on Sunday and Thursday of the year.

With the completion of the runway blacktop test, the Nepal Tourism Board, Ilam Municipality, and Tara Air have started two regular flights a year at the airport on a joint initiative.

Twenty years after the start of the construction process, Sukilumba Airport is scheduled to take off from Kathmandu at 11 am and from Ilam at 12:30 pm, said spokesperson Bartaula.
