Feb 22,  Kathmandu-English club Chelsea has won the first leg of the Champions League last 16. Chelsea beat Lille 2-0 on Tuesday night.

Kai Herbertz and Christian Pulisic scored a goal each to give Chelsea the win. Herbertz scored in the eighth minute of the game at home to give Chelsea an early lead. Then in the 63rd minute of the game, Pulisich scored to give Chelsea a 2-0 victory.

With this victory, Chelsea has strengthened its chances of reaching the last eight. The second leg between Chelsea and Lille will take place on March 17.
