National Assembly member Narayan Kaji Shrestha has said that unconstitutional steps have been taken due to political problems within the party.
Speaking at the National Assembly meeting on Friday, Shrestha said that no one should take unconstitutional steps due to internal affairs within the party.
Shrestha, who is also a member of the CPN (Maoist) central secretariat, said, "No one has called this (dissolution of the House of Representatives) good." This dissolution is unconstitutional. From the former president of the bar to the citizens, it has been called undemocratic. Due to any political crisis, the group of elected representatives cannot be divided. '
Stating that Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli had dissolved the House of Representatives due to his political problems, Shrestha said that necessary meetings and discussions were being held within the party. "Due to internal problems, the constitution drafted by the Nepali people has been attacked," said Shrestha. "We cannot get others into trouble because of our own problems." Stating that he is confident that the court will give a positive verdict, Shrestha said, "This matter is now under consideration in the Supreme Court." The court will also decide on the basis of arbitration. If the decision is not satisfactory, it will turn into a piece of treaty paper. '
Pointing out that the last political incident took place for the sake of office, Shrestha said that the leaders who fought for democracy yesterday have turned out to be selfish today. "It simply came to our notice then. Party unity also for the post. Democracy is also for selfish ends. Legislation is also for self-interest. "Parliament was dissolved for its own sake," said Shrestha. "Yesterday, the martyrs fought for Rs."
Shrestha also said that all leaders should self-criticize.
