May 26, Kathmandu- Police have arrested the husband who fled after killing his wife at Badaki Bariya in Jahada Gaonpalika-2 of Morang. Gita Devi Rajbhar, 35, was killed on May 20.

Her husband Dinesh Kumar Rajbhar, 43, has been arrested on the charge of murder, according to Morang Police. According to the police, the initial investigation revealed that Dinesh killed her by hitting her on the head and waist with an iron rod during a domestic dispute.

Police started the investigation by arresting the accused on May 24 and extending the term from the court.
