May 26, Kathmandu- Nepal-India Poet Conference has been organized by Rashtriya Sahitya Pratisthan and Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre. On the same occasion, Rashtriya Sahitya Pratishthan has honored Indian poet Naresh Shandilya.

The literary writer Dr. Tulasi Prasad Bhattarai paid homage to the poet Shandilya and discussed the depth of Nepal-India literary relations. First Secretary of the Indian Embassy Naveen Kumar, Cultural Fellow Satyendra Dahiya, Poet Shweta Deepti, and others spoke on the occasion.

Various poets of Nepal and India Rajendra Shalabh, Sneha Saimi, Imtiaz Wafa, Dr. Momin Khan, Kanchana Jha, Madhu Kumari, Thakur Belbase, Pabitra Adhikari, Umesh Awasthi, Ranju Dahal, Poonam Jha, Priyambada Kafle, Dr. Binod Kumar Bishwakarma, Dr. Basu Dev Kafle, Tribhuvan Chandra Wagle, Suman Barsha, Rashmi Bhatta, Madhu Pathak, Rishabh Dev Ghimire, Ranjana Niraula and others recited their compositions.
