Jun 17, Kathmandu: Foreign Minister Dr. Narayan Khadka has said that he will not move forward now that the issues related to the US State Partnership Program (SPP) have been finalized.
He said that there was no need for further reduction as the Prime Minister had said that even the Nepal Army would not move forward. Speaking at a meeting of the International Relations Committee of the House of Representatives this morning. Minister Khadka said that it was a settled issue. He said, "It is not in the national interest to move forward now."
