Jun 18, Kathmandu- Prince Juma Al Maktoum of Dubai, who is in Nepal for a three-day visit, has gifted a golden baton to Durga Prasai, a central member of the CPN-UML and a medical practitioner.
The prince, who landed at Chandragadhi Airport on a chartered flight of Shree Airlines, was welcomed by Durga Prasai. The prince handed over the golden baton to Prasai at the airport.
According to a source, the prince is scheduled to pay a two-day visit to Jhapa. Prince Maktoum will also inspect the B&C and Eastern Cancer Hospital in Birtamod and inaugurate a CT scan machine for abdominal pain.
According to the information branch of the hospital, the prince came to Nepal at the invitation of Durga Prasai. According to hospital sources, there is a schedule to visit Kathmandu and Pokhara along with Jhapa.
