Jun 28,  Kathmandu- Bamdev Gautam has announced a new party.

At a press conference held in the capital on Tuesday, Gautam announced the new party CPN-Ekata Rashtriya Abhiyan. After announcing the party, Gautam announced that there will be eight members in the party secretariat. Gautam informed about the formation of the new party secretariat.

DB Karki, Om Sharma Chalise, Dilliraj Bhattarai, Durga Bhandari, Nim Kanta Pandey, Bhagwati Bista, and Yuvraj have been in the secretariat. Similarly, the central committee of the party has 75 members and a standing committee will be formed to run the party on a daily basis. Gautam informed that there will be no more than 15 members in it. It was also informed that the party will move to a multi-party system.
