Jul 1, Kathmandu: Light to moderate rain is expected in many parts of the country on Friday.

The Department of Water and Meteorology has stated that there is a possibility of heavy rain in one or two places of Province-1. There is a possibility of light rain in the Terai-Madhesh region. Heavy rains are expected in one or two places in the far west, Karnali, Lumbini, and Gandaki.

Light rain is falling in some places of Province 1, Bagmati Province, and Karnali Province with partial to normal cloud cover in the morning. According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division said there will be normal cloud cover across the country at night.
