Jul 3, Kathmandu- The monsoon low-pressure line has moved slightly below its normal position. Therefore, there is no possibility of continuous rain for the time being, according to the Meteorological Department.

According to meteorologist Hira Bhattarai, it is likely to rain continuously if the monsoon low-pressure line moves above its normal position. This line is now below normal. Meteorologist Bhattarai said that due to this, the sun is shining in many parts of the country.

He informed that light to moderate rain is expected in the hilly areas this afternoon. Heavy rain is likely in some parts of Bagmati and Gandaki provinces at night. Residents of sloping lands have been urged to be cautious as heavy rains are expected at night.
