Jul 3, Kathmandu- The 16th Annual General Meeting of Excel Development Bank is scheduled to be held on July 25. It is meeting with a proposal to pay a bonus share of 8.50% from last year's profit and a 0.45% cash dividend to pay taxes.

The agenda of the meeting is to pass the annual report of the Fiscal Year 2077/78, the audit report along with the balance sheet of the Fiscal Year 2077/78, the profit and loss account, cash flow statement, and schedule. Similarly, there is an agenda to appoint an auditor and fix his/her remuneration for auditing the accounts of the Fiscal Year 2078/79.

The company is going to close the book on July 12 for the purpose of the meeting. Therefore, only the existing shareholders will receive the proposed dividend till July 11. The general meeting will be held at Siddhartha Hotel, Birtamod, Jhapa from 11 am.
