Right To Transfer And Promote Inspector Should Be Given To The States: Ganga Chaudhary

Jul 4, Kathmandu- CPN-UML MP Ganga Chaudhary has said that the right to transfer and promote up to inspector should be given to the state.

Speaking at the State Management and Good Governance Committee on Monday, Chaudhary said this. She demanded that the power of the state should not be taken away from the center and the power of transfer and promotion up to inspector should be given to the state. She said that the state has not yet had the right to transfer even the soldiers, adding that this was against the federal structure.

She said that those who were forced to quit their jobs due to various fears of the 10-year people's war should be recruited into the state police and central police on the basis of age. She said, "Those who have been forced to quit their jobs due to various fears of the 10-year people's war are talking about the state police and the central police".

It is appropriate to include it. Many victims have complained to us about this. Some of the job seekers of that time have been forced to leave their jobs due to fear and terror and fled abroad. It would be good to include them too".
