Jul 4, Kathmandu- French club PSG are set to appoint Christophe Galtier as their new coach. According to sports journalist Fabrizio Romano, Christophe will be announced as the coach by PSG on Tuesday.

PSG coach Mauricio Pochettino has been sacked and replaced by Christophe. Pochettino was removed by PSG after the failure of the Champions League. Pochettino took over as PSG coach in January 2021. Under his leadership, PSG won the French league title this season despite failing in the Champions League.

Similarly, Christophe, who is about to join PSG, is currently the coach of the French league club OGC Nice. Under his leadership, Nice reached the final of this year's Coupe de France. Prior to that, he was a coach at the French club Lille. Under his leadership, Lille won the French League title for 2020-21.
