Jul 18, Kathmandu: The central working committee meeting of the Nepali Congress will be held today (Monday) afternoon at the party central office in Sanepa.

A central committee meeting has been called on Monday to announce the decisions of the discussions held in the central committee for a week. The Congress reviewed the local level elections and discussed various proposals in the Central Committee. Most of the 149 central members expressed their opinion in the central committee.

Speaker Sher Bahadur Deuba and office bearers and central committee members have finished speaking. General Minister Gagan Thapa is expected to announce the decisions in the central committee meeting on Monday.

The meeting also reviewed the activities of the government led by Speaker Deuba for one year. According to an official, the formation of the department will proceed soon.
