Country Diplomacy And Self-Respect Has Been Mocked By The Leaders(With Video)

Jul 20, Kathamndu: Hemant Malla was born on july 3rd 1962 in Kailali.  Malla joined Nepal Police in 1987 as an inspector. He served in the Narcotics Control Bureau. for 12 years and went to become its head, dealing with both national and international cases. He was promoted to the post of DIG in 2011 AD.

He served as the head of the Administration Division, Metropolitan Crime Division, Training Directorate, Research and Development Directorate, and Central Investigation Bureau (CIB).Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (police division was the chief of staff and spokesperson of Nepal Police.

He has also served in the UN and was the Provincial Investigation Officer in Combodia and Senior Police Advisor in Afghanistan After serving in the police for almost 30 years he retired as the Deputy Inspector General in 2016.

Malla currently is the president of Mac Assurance, a risk management company in Nepal. Along with this, he is also a freelance consultant, a visiting faculty at Nepal Police Academy, Judicial Academy, National Law Training Center, Attorney General Office, Administrative Staff College, Armed Police Force Staff College, National Vigilance Center, Money Laundering Department, and National Banking Institute.

He is an active media commentator on international and national platforms like TV, radio, national broadsheet, and online and weekly magazines on security crime and investigation. Malla has accused the communists of not being true communists but political traitors, political thugs, and businessmen. Maharjan said that the communist behavior did not match any of the political practices and practices that came to the fore in Nepal.

Speaking on the Headline Nepal Bishesh program with Presenter Sanjeeb Regmi, Malla said after the embargo, Nepali politics has put more emphasis on anti-India fierce nationalism. Be it the issue of the Chuche map or the border issue of Jumla with China or the incident of Tuin in Darchula.

Leaving aside the work that needs to be done along with the diplomatic initiative that needs to be carried forward, the issue is thrown from the parliament to the media, jumping on the road with flamboyant speeches and jumping on the road to hide the problem and spoil the situation.

If there is any disagreement or problem between the two countries, it is resolved through formal and informal diplomatic channels. Our neighbors are the superpowers of the world and we can save our existence through skillful diplomacy. But if we look at the performance and efficiency of his Majesty who went to the North and South after receiving our diplomatic responsibility, nothing can be said except that. Even the independent Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which is led by leaders of different parties, seems that it is under the shadow of the party's interests.

Just as political and party interests have ensnared the entire government system, from the outside, the foreign affairs department has become a place where people keep their mouths shut. The foreign policy prepared when Sher Bahadur Deuba was the prime minister was rewritten from a new angle by the Oli government and the future will show how Sher Bahadur who came back will take the new foreign policy, but what this makes clear is that the foreign policy should be prepared with the consensus of all parties and should be made with the cooperation and agreement of all. It is understandable that it is not done. What will be the practical side of the foreign policy, which is not agreed upon by all, can be guessed.

We have seen that our rulers have meetings and talks with heads of state of foreign countries or people in charge of the ruling party, but this meeting seems to be nothing more than the problem of the two countries, but to fulfill their personal interests, to protect their power and to protect themselves.

If we look at the understanding of the current society, it is thought that Maoist is closer to China, Deuba is closer to America and Oli is closer to India. Individuals have different opinions about what exactly MCC is. The work of creating this perception was also done by the leaders.

If there are weaknesses and there is something that harms the nation, then instead of spreading confusion by making noise in the media, it is the responsibility of the political leadership and the responsible party to correct it and not to provoke the people by bringing it into the public debate.

On the whole, the Nepali diplomatic side has been declining. It is necessary to improve the weaknesses seen in it. If diplomacy is also used as a tool to win party elections and ascend to power, then nothing can be done except to say, Ram Ram.
