According to the study report submitted by Bhishma Kumar Bhusal, the coordinator of the evaluation committee and the head of the administration divisionTek Bahadur KC Gulmi has been rated as the best among the district administration offices in the country in terms of performance.

The committee has been preparing a report every year based on the evaluation of 68 indices including peace security, crime control, good governance, and service delivery, drug control, disaster risk reduction and management, compensation distribution, and coordination in the development and economic administration.
According to this, the Arghakhanchi administration with 97 percent marks has managed to stay in second place, Nawalparasi East administration has managed to stay in third place with 96.75 percent.
While Rukum West administration has been in fourth place with 96.5 percent. Similarly, the Humla district administration has managed to get the fifth position, while Dadeldhura, which got the same 95 percent marks as Humla, has also managed to stay at the fifth position, according to the Ministry of Home Affairs.
