Aug 9, Kathmandu- The regulatory body Nepal Securities Board has given permission to the creative microfinance financial institution to issue an IPO.
The company got permission from the board on the 18th of Shrawan to issue the IPO.
After getting permission, now the company will issue 3 lakh 93 thousand 750 IPO shares worth 3 crores 93 lakh 75 thousand.
Sunrise Capital Limited is the issuing and selling manager of the company.
