Metropolis Instructed To Remove Roadside Shops Including Bhedasingh At Indrachowk

Sept 06, Kathmandu- The Kathmandu Metropolitan City has given instructions to remove roadside shops in Indrachowk, Asan, Bhedasingh, and other areas.

By giving a 24-hour deadline on Sunday itself to remove the shop, the metropolis reminded the businessmen to remove the shop immediately saying that they have not yet removed the shop. The metropolis is about to remove the business after concluding that the street business is affecting the beauty, archeology, religion, and tourism of Kathmandu.

The metropolis asked to remove the 'Khasto' shops around the Bankeshwor (Santaneshwor) Mahadev temple at Indrachowk, other businesses such as Shree Bhawani Shankar Mandir Naudewal at Bhedasingh, and the business shops at Transformer Muni (right-left milk dairy of Sri Uma Shankar Temple) at Asan.
