Sep 21, Kathmandu:  Political analyst Geza Sharma Wagle has remarked that the President has acted unconstitutionally by not verifying the Citizenship Bill a second time.

He also said that this step of the President is a conspiracy to thwart the Constitution. In a tweet today, Wagle said, “The Citizenship Bill passed by the Sovereign Parliament (House of Representatives and National Assembly) has been unconstitutional without being verified even a second time by the President, Guardian, and Guardian of the Constitution.”

Not only is this bill not ratified, but it is also a serious conspiracy to sabotage the constitution made by the Constituent Assembly. The Citizenship Bill sent by the Federal Parliament for the second time has to be verified within 15 days as per the Constitution
