Nutritionist Prof. Dr. Uma Koirala says that Bhai masala, which is given as a gift by sisters wishing for the long life of their brother, is beneficial for health. He says that the use of such spices, which are very tasty when eaten, helps in physical and intellectual development and also helps in increasing the disease prevention capacity.

Dr. Koirala says that even if Bhai masala is eaten in small quantities, the body will get enough nutrients and minerals. He says, "You can get plenty of fiber, minerals, and protein in bhai masala. Which element we get only in small amounts from the other foods we eat. He says that Bhai Masala Masala is a high-quality food that is suitable for people of all ages.

He says, “Bhai Masala does not contain calories from fat. Even if you eat slowly, you won't feel hungry for a long time. Since it takes time to digest the protein content in it, you will not feel hungry for a long time. Fats needed by the body can be obtained from bhai masala.”

According to Dr. Koirala, Bhai masala contains essential elements such as protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron, various vitamins, potassium, and calories. Dr. Koirala Bhai says that the spices included in the masala are his specialty. According to him, regular consumption of walnuts helps a person's mind to run faster. It also helps to get rid of hair and skin-related problems. Constipation can also be relieved by regular consumption.
