Nov 13, Kathmandu: BIR Hospital has further expanded its pharmacy services. Veer Hospital has started an OT pharmacy in the surgical building for the convenience of the patients.

Hospital chief administrative officer Prada Bhupendra Kumar Basnet inaugurated the pharmacy on Sunday. Dr. Basnet said that the capacity of the hospital pharmacy will be increased after the Kathmandu Metropolitan Corporation removes the five pharmacies in front of the hospital which is opposite the map.

BIR Hospital has put its own pharmacy into operation since January 18, 2017 AD. The Hospital Pharmacy Service Directory 2016 AD stipulates that all free medicines distributed by the government should be available from the hospital pharmacy.
