Nov 18, Kathmandu- NIC Asia Bank has introduced a service to update the personal identification details of customers online.

The bank has launched Video KYC (V-KYC) service where you can update the KYC details of your account from home or the office. In order to use this new facility, you have to select the Online Application on the website of NIC Asia Bank mention your account number and the reason for the KYC update and submit the SMS or email, or both options to receive the OTP.

According to the bank, after that, the customer can provide the KYC details to the bank by filling in their personal details through a video call at a convenient time and making an appointment book for the video call during banking hours, and updating the KYC details at that time.

The bank has already started a video KYC service where the details can be updated online for opening an online account.
