Workers Of Revolutionary Maoists Who Organized A Protest Program In The Name Of Election Boycott Have Been Arrested

Nov 19, Kathmandu- Leaders and activists of Mohan Vaidya 'Kiran' (Revolutionary Maoists) who came near the Election Commission during a protest program in the name of an election boycott have been arrested.

They organized the election boycott and protest program in front of the commission. The police arrested half a dozen people, including Hari Krishna Gajurel, president of Akhil Revolutionary, Basanta Bogti, general secretary of the trade union, in an event jointly organized by popular organizations and fronts close to the party. It is said that they were taken into custody by the police as soon as they shouted slogans.
