Nov 19, Kathmandu- People belonging to the CPN (Revolutionary Maoist) grassroots organization protested in front of the Election Commission protesting the election of members of the House of Representatives and the Provincial Assembly.

On Saturday, they demonstrated in front of the commission office showing a black flag saying that the election to be held tomorrow should be canceled. The police arrested the protestors. Some parties, including the revolutionary Maoists, have been protesting and demanding the cancellation of the election.
