Nov 24, Kathmandu- Parijita Bastola of Nepal has managed to reach the top 10 of the American version of 'The Voice'. As 3 contestants in the race of the top 10 were eliminated, Parijita has set a journey ahead.

Parijita, who made a successful trip to the top 10 in the American version of 'The Voice', was voted by Nepalese around the world. As she is achieving one success after another, Nepalese all over the world is excited.

Last Monday, a large Nepali community gathered in the town of Chantilly, Virginia to cheer him on and vote for him.

The trip to the top 10 was decided based on the votes cast till 7 am on November 22.

Parijita is in the team of John Legend. She is the first contestant of Nepali descent to participate in The Voice.
