Nov 24, Kathmandu- Ramnath Adhikari of Nepali Congress, who is a candidate from the ruling alliance, has won in Dhading-2.
Adhikari defeated Khem Prasad Lohani of CPN-UML, the outgoing Member of Parliament of the same area, by a margin of 10,533 votes. Adhikari got 34 thousand 483 votes while UML's Lohani got 23 thousand 950 votes.
