Bajura Incident: After 6 Days, Sandiu Aeyadi's Body Has Been Recovered

Nov 25, Kathmandu- Relatives have identified the body of Sandiu Aeydi, who died after being shot by security personnel in an incident in Triveni Municipality-7 of Bajura.

He was shot dead by the security personnel when he was about to take away the ballot box during the voting on November 20th. On Friday, his relatives found his dead body after 6 days and picked it up from the district hospital for cremation, police said. At the same time, the body of ANNISU student leader Chetan Aeydi, who was killed by Nepali Congress workers while sleeping inside the house, has not been able to wake up.

Aeydi's body has been kept in the mortuary of District Hospital Bajura. ANNISU Bajura is protesting and demanding action against his murder.
